Our goal is to develop a recovery process capable of producing Iron, Aluminum, Scandium, Titanium and other Rare Earth Elements (REEs), and other valuable metals from Bauxite residues, an industrial waste byproduct produced in the Bayer Process for Alumina Extraction (Current reserves of Bauxite residue is 3 billion tonnes) and other industrial waste sources.

FAST Metals employs a hydrometallurgical based process to selectively isolate and extract Iron, Aluminum, Scandium, and Titanium, which are selectively dissolved into a solution and precipitated, resulting in the production of Green Iron and iron compounds, Aluminum, Scandium and other REEs, and Titanium compounds. This will not only generate revenue by extracting valuable metals and reducing operating costs but clean up significant environmentally hazardous and detrimental legacy tailings facilities, thus making Aluminum extraction sustainable and green
