Upper Class and First Year Residence
Founders Hall is a unique suite-style residence hall available to first year students. Founders Hall houses 290 students in single, double, and triple occupancy rooms within suites. Each suite is equipped with its own full bathroom. Campus Police is located in the basement of Founders Hall.

- Bedrooms are outfitted with a bed, desk, desk chair, and dresser for each resident. Founders Hall closets have a shelf and hanging bar for clothing.
- All WPI furniture must remain in the room.
- Living rooms are provided with soft seating (for example – couch, chair, etc.).
- Kitchenettes are provided with a refrigerator, microwave, and cabinet space. There are no cooking facilities within student rooms.
