Dear WPI Community,

As Co-Chairs of the APG, we are writing to let you know that, per the APG Process, the Dynamic Distribution Mailing List Policy has been posted for public comment.  The commenting period will end March 8, 2024. 

To comment on the Mailing List Policy:

  1. Access the policy and comment page by clicking this link here. 
  2. You will be sent to the APG Public Comments Landing Page, which contains basic background about the commenting process.
  3. Click on the second tab at the top, titled “Mailing List Policy” to review the policy and provide your comment(s).

The 30-day comment period is a critical part of the process and allows all members of the WPI community – including faculty, staff, and students – to provide valuable input, feedback, and comments.   As a member of the WPI community, we welcome your comments.
