Peterson Family Dean of Arts & Sciences Finalist Campus Visits

Division of Talent & InclusionEach Dean of Arts & Sciences finalist candidate will make a presentation - open to faculty and staff - during their visits to campus between January 13 and January 30, 2026. Candidates will focus their presentations on how they would ensure a continuation of WPI’s long-standing commitment to project-based and impactful undergraduate education, while continuing to grow graduate enrollments and an R1 research portfolio.
Presentations are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on the following dates:
- Candidate 1: Tuesday, January 13
- Candidate 2: Thursday, January 15
- Candidate 3: Tuesday, January 27
- Candidate 4: Thursday, January 29
All presentations take place in Room 412, the '61 Meeting Room, on the 4th floor of the Sports and Recreation Center. In person participation is encouraged.
As an alternative, we will offer a Zoom option and record each session so members of the community who are not able to attend in person, or who are not available at this time slot, have the opportunity to hear from and learn about our candidates for a limited time following their interviews.
Candidate materials (CV and cover letter), links to their open presentation Zoom meetings, and links to their community feedback survey will be available the day before each candidate's open presentation date (as listed above) via a special Canvas site.
