SSN is a 6-week training course that is held for faculty and staff during A-Term each year (the other terms are when students participate), and hones participants' skills for supporting others who are experiencing distress, primarily focused on students but applicable to supporting others in your life as well. Participants will discuss mental and emotional health, how to identify the warning signs of a person who’s struggling, resources to connect them to, and more. A side benefit of participating is a chance to enrich your network of colleagues at WPI.

Meets in-person Tuesdays 12-1pm from September 2nd – October 7th (Bring your own lunch)
