The WPI Women’s Impact Network (WIN) continues to make a significant difference for women in STEM. The network of highly diverse and forward thinking women use their collective experience, knowledge, and philanthropic giving to support a wide breath of women in STEM initiatives.

A recent example of WIN’s impact is found in this year’s WiNCorps conference which featured experts in strategic planning, mindfulness/stress reduction, diversity/inclusion, and the impressive alumnae panel of Joyce Kline ‘87, Pamela (Glasson) Lynch ’05, and Maureen A. McCaffrey ‘86.

By all accounts the conference made a positive impact, as seen here in the words of Grania VanHerwade ’15, “I attended WiNCorps virtually, and it was an incredible event!”
