Final Congratulations and Celebrations for the Class of 2020

After a “season of celebration” for the Class of 2020, WPI shared a few final special gifts with our extraordinary graduates.

In late June, WPI sent out commencement packages to the Class of 2020 graduates that contained not only their diplomas, but also commencement regalia and other items to celebrate their successes.

On the Diploma Day website, faculty and staff shared a final congratulatory message to graduates in this virtual celebration video. A copy of the Class of 2020 Commencement program, extraordinary stories about graduates from the Class of 2020, and important CDC and Alumni resources were also made available

As a keepsake, the 2020 Commencement Committee released the Class of 2020 mosaic – a picture of a prominent campus locale created through photos submitted by the graduating class. Twenty of the graduates who shared photos for the mosaic using the hashtag #WPI2020 on social media were randomly selected to receive WPI diploma frames. 

When it is safe to do so, the WPI community looks forward to celebrating in person with an on-campus commencement ceremony for the Class of 2020.
