In addition, CASE District I recognized the Inaugural WPI Hall of Luminaries Induction Ceremony with a bronze award for excellence in the Special Events category. A brand, intended to last for years, was developed for the event to frame the wide array of integrated collateral the built up a transformational moment of pride for the WPI community.

At the 2019 CASE Affiliated Student Advancement Program (ASAP) District Awards, Bri Ross, associate director of alumni relations and annual giving, was named District I Outstanding Adviser, and WPI’s Student Alumni Society (SAS)––which supports and partners with Advancement on Giving Day and other culture of philanthropy activities––was named District I Organization of the Year.

SAS also received recognition for winning the spirit stick and placing in the lip sync contest at the awards ceremony on February 23. Both Ross and the SAS will move on to the 2019 CASE ASAP National Convention in Baltimore later this year, which the SAS will co-host along with The University of Maryland College Park.
