The Division of Talent and Inclusion is hosting workshops on inclusive recruitment, selection, and hiring for staff on: Monday, April 29th 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Thursday, May 23rd 1:00-3:00 pm and Thursday, July 25th 1:00-3:00 pm. We strongly encourage managers and members of hiring/interview team members to attend, as they will gain valuable insights into best practices for inclusive recruitment, selection, and hiring. Session Name: Best Practices for Inclusive Recruitment, Selection and Hiring for Staff 
The purpose of this session is to offer managers and hiring/interview teams insight into the best approaches for inclusive recruitment, selection, and hiring for staff. These practices aim to reduce bias by employing standardized procedures, diverse hiring panels, and structured interviews.
