Research shows that embedding career exploration and skill‑building into academic courses boosts student retention, increases clarity of academic direction, and improves career outcomes. Join us to hear how faculty have created courses designed to help students feel connected to their major while gaining early insight into career paths. Within these courses, students build supportive peer communities, interact with faculty and industry professionals, and develop a clearer sense of their academic direction.
