In this session, we'll showcase new AI-powered features in Canvas, demonstrate Zoom's AI tools for virtual collaboration and mind mapping, and discuss some of our custom Canvas enhancements focused on group and team management. We will also share plans for other new developments in Ed Tech. This informational session will link these technological innovations to effective teaching practices, helping you learn how to integrate these tools to support student learning intentionally.

Lindsey Van Gieson provides strategic leadership on using technology to support on-campus, online, and hybrid learning at WPI. She oversees the ATC Technology for Teaching and Learning team in designing and assessing instructional technology support. She represents IT in strategic planning related to student success and faculty development. Lindsey has a BA from Penn State University and an MA from Tufts University.
