Human Edge Studio: Work, Identity, and Opportunity in the Age of AI
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This Studio will explore a question many of us are already experiencing firsthand: How is AI changing work, skills, career pathways, and opportunity — and what can help people navigate that change well?
Participants will work in interdisciplinary teams using real workforce and economic data, alongside faculty, industry, workforce, and civic leaders. The focus, as always, is not simply on using AI tools, but on applying judgment, ethical reasoning, collaboration, and communication to a real-world challenge.
There will also be:
- Cash gift card prizes for winning teams
- A Human Edge digital credential
- Opportunities to meet and learn from industry and civic leaders - Senator Moore, City Manager Batista, Lightcast and The Burning Glass Institute
- Winning team will be invited to present at MA State House Roundtable on AI and Labor on November 17th
