Meet the Team

With almost thirty years of experience supporting WPI events, Bill leads an outstanding team of event planners and staff.  In addition to leading the Events Office's many campus initiatives, he manages large campus-wide events and high-visibility programs.     

Amy has been with the WPI Events Office since 2015, and supports the community as the primary contact in coordinating events for our student clubs and organizations (nearly 250 active groups), the Student Activities Office, and military events. She also chairs the Weekly Events Meeting with the campus service providers, manages resource rentals on campus, and serves as a student group advisor.

Dawn is the event planner for academic departments, athletic club sports and performance groups. 

Hannah manages 25Live on a functional level and is responsible for training and supporting system users, troubleshooting, and maintaining access levels. She handles administrative and operational tasks for the Events Office.

Suzette is the event planner for non-academic departments and provides support for conferences, weddings, and summer programs.
