Common Data Set
The Common Data Set (CDS) initiative is a collaborative effort among data providers in the higher education community and publishers. Data includes enrollment breakdowns, graduation and retention rates, admissions data, student financial aid, and faculty characteristics.
Student Fact Books
The annual Student Fact Books provide analysis of undergraduate and graduate enrollment for fall-term census snapshots. Data include demographic information, academic pursuits, and retention and graduation rates. Beginning Fall 2018, all Student Fact Book data can now be found on our interactive Data Dashboards.

IPEDS Data
The Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) is a system of interrelated surveys conducted annually by the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). IPEDS gathers information from every college, university, and technical and vocational institution that participates in the federal student financial aid programs. Data collected includes institutional characteristics; institutional prices; admissions; enrollment; student financial aid; degrees and certificates conferred; student persistence and success; and academic libraries, institutional, and human fiscal resources.
