Introduction
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional support for ITS-managed endpoints and software for the WPI community. Our responsibilities include procurement, provisioning, deployment/setup, updating, and managing the asset lifecycle for computer and phone hardware. Additionally, Endpoint Services oversees fax services, software deployments, and print management.
