Daniel N. Treku teaches business application of blockchain technology, business intelligence, and data science at the Business School at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts. His ongoing research lies at the intersection of the value of network technologies (e.g., the business value of blockchain technology), the economics of information systems, and fintech (digital asset investments, tokenization, and cryptocurrency + ML/AI integration). Mainly, his research utilizes conceptual and empirical approaches toward broader aims of financial inclusivity and social good. He has multiple book chapters, IS conference proceedings, and publications in journals such as the International Journal of Information Management, the British Accounting Review, and Finance Research Letters.
