50 Prescott Street (Gateway Park II)

The second building in the Gateway Park complex, Gateway II, officially opened in 2013.

Since the opening, the 92,000-square-foot building has been occupied by both WPI and external organizations.

Currently, the bottom two floors are home to the Fire Protection Engineering Department and the Biomanufacturing Education and Training Center. There is also a small number of Business School offices, but the main office is in Washburn 215. The top two floors are occupied by PracticePoint at WPI and LEAP@WPI/QCC, along with several WPI faculty offices and lab spaces.
