STEM Education Certificate
STEM Education Certificate for Teachers
Online Graduate Certificate & Professional Development for PreK–12 Teachers
Created by the WPI STEM Education Center with a decade of work alongside PreK–12 classroom teachers, this 12-credit certificate turns STEM theory into project- and problem-based practice you can use immediately.
WPI’s graduate certificate in STEM education is designed for PreK–12 educators who want to bring high-quality, project- and problem-based learning into their schools and classrooms. The courses weave STEM theory with classroom application, so you leave with content knowledge and pedagogy you can put to work immediately.
Courses run synchronously online, in the evening and over the summer, so working educators can connect, exchange ideas, and learn with and from one another without stepping away from the classroom. Pursue the certificate on its own or let it become the first four courses of the master’s in integrated STEM education.
