2026 Staff Performance Review Process
On June 4, the 2026 Staff Performance Review Process officially launched in Workday. Through this process, staff members have the opportunity to:
- Highlight their key accomplishments and progress toward goals
- Set goals for the upcoming year
- Reflect on challenges and areas for growth
- Explore opportunities to enhance their effectiveness
- Discuss their professional development goals with their manager
This Performance Review Cycle covers performance from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026.
