2026 Staff Performance Review Process

On June 4, the 2026 Staff Performance Review Process officially launched in Workday. Through this process, staff members have the opportunity to:

  • Highlight their key accomplishments and progress toward goals
  • Set goals for the upcoming year
  • Reflect on challenges and areas for growth 
  • Explore opportunities to enhance their effectiveness
  • Discuss their professional development goals with their manager

This Performance Review Cycle covers performance from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026.
