The 22nd IEEE International Conference on Dielectric Liquids (ICDL), chaired by Professor Jamal Yagoobi, was held in-person at WPI from June 25th to 28th, 2023. ICDL is the lead international conference on dielectric liquids. It covers fundamental and applied topics as well as industrial applications. Thus, the 22nd ICDL provided the most advanced and comprehensive global forum for disseminating results and data in research, development, and applications in dielectric liquids. The conference also brought together world-renowned engineers and scientists from both academia and industry in this university environment.
This was the first time for the ICDL to be held in the USA. Participants from 18 countries attended the conference.
