A Conversation with Headspace CEO CeCe Morken

CeCe Morken joined Headspace Inc. as president and COO in April of 2020. Less than a year after she joined the company, Morken was tapped to be Headspace’s new CEO.

Headspace is a leading mindfulness and meditation platform that reaches more than 65 million users in 190 countries. Between April and October – during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic and under Morken’s watch – Headspace saw downloads of its app double. As she oversaw the company's global operations in 2020, Morken helped launch several key initiatives, including Headspace's partnership with Microsoft Teams and the development of Headspace Mini on Snapchat. Under Morken’s leadership, Headspace also brought on John Legend as its chief music officer and introduced Headspace Promise, a free version of its app for designed for healthcare workers, K-12 educators, and unemployed individuals struggling during the pandemic.

Join us for this special virtual event, hosted by the Women’s Impact Network, where CeCe will talk with us about Headspace’s evolution during the COVID-19 pandemic and about her own rocket-like trajectory from COO to CEO.  We will also discuss the importance of mindfulness and meditation in our lives.
