Drupal users are encouraged to first search WPI's photo database Canto to fulfill their visual needs for their webpage and review the guidelines for using photography and video on their managed webpages.
Those wishing to add their own photos and videos to their Drupal managed pages must first make sure this content has been uploaded and approved through Marketing Communications' Media Release Form. This form also requires photo subjects to give permission for photo use on the website. Any visual content submitted for approval must follow WPI's guidelines for visual elements.
