WPI Inclusive Excellence Resource Groups (IEERGs) have launched, and they are everything you've been waiting for!
IEERGs are voluntary, employee-led, and directed networks of groups that provide support, advocacy, education, mentoring, and so much more to staff and faculty at WPI. The IEERG model is to foster opportunities for faculty and staff to fellowship internally, provide an outlet for ideas and solutions, attract a diverse employee base and create a powerful foundation for mentoring and career development.
In short, IEERGs will give you and your colleagues a chance to collaborate with other employees across campus to support personal growth, creativity, and a whole host of new opportunities. There are a number of excellent IEERGs that can and will come to fruition, but here are some employee affinity groups we are starting out with:

Cognitive and/or Physical Challenges
Each unique IEERG is eligible and encouraged to request funding, host meetings and events, fundraise, and so much more!
