WPI Inclusive Excellence Resource Groups (IEERGs) have launched, and they are everything you've been waiting for!
IEERGs are employee-led, self-directed voluntary networks of groups that provide support, advocacy, education, mentoring, and so much more to staff and faculty at WPI. They will foster opportunities for faculty and staff to fellowship internally, attract a diverse employee base, provide inclusion of ideas and solutions, and create a powerful foundation for mentoring and career development.
In short, IEERGs will give you and your colleagues a chance to collaborate with other employees across campus to support personal growth, creativity, and a whole host of new opportunities. There are a number of excellent IEERGs that can and will come to fruition, but here are some employee affinity groups we are starting out with:

Cognitive and/or Physical Challenges
Each unique IEERG is eligible and encouraged to request funding, host meetings and events, fundraise, and so much more!
