During the Employee Town Hall on April 12, 2022, the community was invited to attend a Lead with Purpose Poster Session following President Leshin’s remarks. While it’s been a challenging year, we’re grateful to the teams for staying focused on achieving the goals set forth for the first year of implementation. The lobby area outside of the Odeum in the Rubin Campus Center was filled with illustrative posters, as team members shared progress made on their initiatives and answered questions from employees who visited their stations.
