Library Renovation Update for A-Term

The Library is open to all visitors and extends a special welcome to new students, faculty, and staff while construction on the entrance floor continues through late fall.

During A-Term, the Library will be open during normal hours. The Library Information Desk, Library Research and Instruction services, and the IT Service Desk will be available on the lower level (first floor), one level below the Library entrance.

We understand that the Library entrance may look closed during construction, but please be assured that the Library is open! Visitors are asked to use the doors on the right-hand side of the entrance to enter and exit the building.

All levels other than the entrance level are open for study. Quiet study space is available on the ground floor, although space is limited. Archives and Special Collections is open during its normal hours and welcomes visitors on the ground floor.

During construction, access to the Library Tech Suites will be very limited. Only one Tech Suite will be available until the reopening. Students are encouraged to use the Tech Suites in the Innovation Studio or Unity Hall until the Library’s 11 Tech Suites reopen for student use.

The Gordon Conference Room remains available for faculty and staff reservations.
