Dear Colleagues,
Thank you to those that joined and logged in for the Spring Staff Forum on Monday, May 20, hosted by Staff Council and Talent and Inclusion. Based on staff feedback, we have been diligently working on some important initiatives this past year and we were excited to highlight some of those during Monday’s program.
As a follow-up to the event, we wanted to share with you the program materials.
During the forum, council member Mike Hamilton unveiled the Staff Council’s Strategic Plan. We ask that you review the goals and provide your feedback via this survey link. Your input is valuable and will help us implement a successful Strategic Plan that supports the needs and vision of our staff community. Staff input in an important part of the process to finalize the Council’s Strategic Plan.
We also introduced Goat Notes- a fun and convenient way to recognize a colleague! Send a grateful Goat Note to a staff member to show your appreciation and brighten their day!
On the Staff Council website, we’ve curated an activities/events calendar. Check it out and visit frequently for additions and updates!
Lastly, be on the lookout next week for election voting details. Voting opens on May 28th!
