First, an apology -- email notifications were not turned on for expense report approvals. This oversight has been corrected and everyone should now receive an email when there's an expense report to approve in Workday.
Second, if you have a PCard, you can take photos of receipts using the Workday mobile app. When you reconcile PCard transactions through an expense report, under Attachments from Mobile Application, click Add and choose an attachment.
Third, if you'd like to find expense reports beyond your own, try these reports:
- If you’re a manager, search for Find My Team's Expense Reports
- If you have budget access, search for Find Expense Report Lines for Organization
