The WPI Faculty/Exempt Staff Conflict of Interest Policy requires all faculty and exempt staff to complete an annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure. The purpose of this disclosure is to ensure that all relevant employee financial interests are disclosed so that WPI can identify and manage any potential conflicts of interest.

If you’re not familiar with our online disclosure process, or if you need a refresher, please refer to the instructions posted on the WPI Hub. As a reminder, when submitting there are two steps required to complete the disclosure: 

  • Click the Certified checkbox at lower right
  • After the page refreshes, click the Submit button at top left.  

As you answer the questions in the Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure, please think expansively: When in doubt, you should err on the side of disclosure. You can also refer to our Frequently Asked Questions for guidance. Remember to promptly update your responses if circumstances have changed since your most recent disclosure.
