WPI Student Hiring Moves to Workday This August
Effective August, WPI Student Employment will transition to Workday Student Recruiting, replacing JobX.
The move to Workday Student Recruiting will bring student employment into a single system for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employment management, creating a more streamlined experience for both supervisors and students. Departments will be able to manage the entire student employment lifecycle within one platform, reducing the need to navigate between multiple systems and improving visibility throughout the hiring process.
To help prepare for this transition, Talent & Inclusion and the Office of Financial Aid will offer training sessions that include an overview of the new process, live demonstrations, and opportunities for questions. Updated how-to guides and student hiring resources will be available on the Student Employment website in the coming weeks.
