Congratulations to WPI students Oamfah Suwannapong, Adam Giordani, and Melissa Kelly! They were named winners of the Forum on Education Abroad's Award for Academic Achievement Abroad. The student team was one of two winners who were honored for rigorous and meaningful academic projects completed during an education abroad program. The students completed their project “Reducing Waste Through Innovation: Engaging the Melbourne Community via Plastic Bottle Cap Recycling" at WPI’s Melbourne, Australia Project Center last spring 2023.
