Your Input Needed: WPI Technology and Gordon Library Services

This introduction to the 2026 MISO survey was emailed from to employees and students on February 2, 2026.

Dear WPI Community, 

Later this week, many of you will receive an email from Melissa Leahy asking you to participate in a short survey regarding services provided by the Information Technology Services department and the Gordon Library.  

We have participated in this national Measuring Information Service Outcomes (MISO) Survey every few years, both to gather your feedback and benchmark our services with other universities and colleges. The results of this survey will let us know what services are most important to you, what areas of our service need improvement, and ways we can best meet your Library and Information Technology needs.

The survey will be sent to a representative sample of students, staff, and faculty across our community. If you do receive a survey invitation, we hope you will take the time to complete it since your feedback is very important to us.
