Graduate/PhD (May 15):
- Arrive: 3:00 PM | Check-in: 4:15 PM | Processional: 4:45 PM
Undergraduate (May 16):
- Arrive: 11:30 AM | Check-in: 1:00 PM | Processional: 1:40 PM
🚫 What Not to Bring:
- No backpacks, balloons, or large bags
- Use small belt bags
- Bring a small empty water bottle
🎒 No personal items allowed to stay in the Exhibit Hall
