Larry Mallak is an expert in systems engineering management and leadership for high-tech organizations. He studies and teaches how organizations integrate complex technologies and lead in high-uncertainty environments. His work examines how engineering leaders bridge technical and human dynamics. He is a fellow of the American Society for Engineering Management. His expertise is especially relevant as many workplaces and employees navigate disruption and change associated with the implementation of artificial intelligence.
