Marion Emmert, assistant professor of chemistry, will be featured on the BBC Horizonsprogram this weekend for conducting rare earths research.
NBC Nightly News is slated to air an interview with WPI custodian Michael Vaudreuil, who took classes here for years before earning his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering on May 14 at the age of 54. The half-hour program begins at 6:30 p.m.

A BBC film crew visited WPI on Feb. 22 to interview Emmert in her lab at Gateway Park. The program is scheduled to air at the following times: Saturday, May 21, at 4:30 a.m. EDT; andSunday, May 22, at 10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m., and 9:30 p.m. EDT.
