Brian Beckwith joined the Service Desk team in 2018 as an IT Support Analyst and later spent two years as the Student Supervisor, mentoring and coordinating the department’s student employees. He has since advanced to the role of Assistant Director, where he leads Service Desk operations to ensure dependable IT support for the community and manages the HaloITSM ticketing system to enhance service efficiency. Jill serves as Interim Director of ITS Finance, Portfolio and Program Management which oversees the centralized management of the ITS budget and investments in the ITS portfolio of services and projects required to achieve strategic objectives. Sarah Santiago (she, her) has been at WPI as a Project Analyst in the User Success and Experience (USE) team in Information Technology Services since July 2024 under the leadership of Jill Desmarais. Sarah brings over 10 years of experience in higher education to her role assisting and coordinating projects initiated by a variety of functional areas at WPI. Sarah is the Founder of Simple.city Solutions, an organization and home concierge service based in central Massachusetts. Sarah adores dogs, is energized by the ocean, and loves snuggling with her cat, Barnacle.

Meghan Halley has been at WPI in the IT department since October 2017. She is currently enjoying being an inaugural member of the User Success and Experience (USE) team, formed in the Spring of 2023, under the leadership of Melissa Floyd. Kerrie has been in Higher Ed IT since 1997. As a member of the Service Desk she provided front line customer support, and authored and maintained knowledgebase, news, and website content. Using her background in secondary and adult basic education she developed and presented orientations and workshops.
