Brian Beckwith joined the Service Desk team in 2018 as an IT Support Analyst and later spent two years as the Student Supervisor, mentoring and coordinating the department’s student employees. He has since advanced to the role of Assistant Director, where he leads Service Desk operations to ensure dependable IT support for the community and manages the HaloITSM ticketing system to enhance service efficiency. Brian is an alumnus of Quinsigamond Community College (Class of 2011) with an Associate of Arts in General Education and Keene State College (Class of 2017) with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science
