The Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Multicultural Education (ODIME) has several dedicated staff members available to support or assist undergraduate and graduate students with their social, personal, cultural, spiritual, and professional development.
The ODIME team is committed to advancing the office mission to foster an inclusive campus community which respects, honors, and celebrates diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in all its dimensions.

Kalvin Cummings (he/him) serves as the Assistant Director for Religion and Spiritual Life at WPI. Within his role, Kalvin is responsible is primarily responsible for the coordination, implementation, and assessment of campus spiritual life programs and religious observations. Kalvin provides leadership and oversees all aspects of the Collegiate Religious Center (CRC) and its functions, supervises the Campus Chaplains, supports student organizations of faith, as well as leads and coordinate office community service efforts.   Kalvin was born in Chicago, raised in Tennessee. During ...

Mia-Kay Fuller (they/them) has a Masters Degree in Higher Education in Student Affairs from Salem State University in Salem, MA, USA where they worked as the LGBTQ+ Student Advocate and Liaison in the Diversity and Multicultural Affairs office. During their time there, they led tiered Safe Space trainings, developed National Coming Out Week (NCOW), organized the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, and advised The Alliance. After graduating, they went to Curry College in Milton, MA, USA to work as a Community Director within Residence Life and Housing for 2 first-year residence ...
