WPI's Strategic Plan: Lead with Purpose
The planning for Lead With Purpose: WPI 2021-2026 began before the pandemic, continued through the early days of it in 2020, and was influenced by it––with leadership and the WPI community at-large recognizing that COVID-19 has dramatically shifted the landscape of higher education. With this plan, we will respond.
Building upon the success of Elevate Impact, WPI’s last strategic plan, and while acknowledging the key global trends that impact our work, we have focused on the following broad areas in our planning:

More than 100 faculty and staff participated in the planning activity, and more than 640 community members provided feedback to early drafts, which helped us refine and improve.
