How To Run Your Degree Audit
Students can run and print a degree audit on BannerWeb by following the steps below:
(NOTE: Currently only available for Undergraduate degrees.)
- Log onto BannerWeb
- Select "Student Services & Financial Aid"
- Select "Student Records"
- Select "Degree Evaluation"
- Select the current term and click "Select"
- Your curriculum information will then appear on the screen
- Select “Generate New Evaluation” at bottom of the screen
- Mark the program box if your major appears correctly on the screen
- Confirm the term by choosing from the dropdown menu (use the current term)
- Choose “Generate Request”. This will take a few moments to generate.
- Select “Detail Requirements” and click “Submit”
- Your degree evaluation will appear on the screen
How To Run Your Degree Audit For Your Second Major
Students with a double major should use the instructions above to run an audit for the first major. In order to run an audit for the second major, please use the "What-If Analysis" function. Instructions are below:

- Log onto BannerWeb
- Select "Student Services & Financial Aid"
- Select "Student Records"
- Select "Degree Evaluation"
- Select the current term and click "Select"
- Your curriculum information will then appear on the screen (Please note your “Catalog Term”. This is your catalog year, or entry term. This is the set of requirements you are following.)
- Select “What-If Analysis” at bottom of the screen
- Select your “entry term”, the term you started here at WPI (This is the catalog year you are following) and click “Continue”
- Select your second major and click “Continue”
- Select your first major and click “Submit”
- Select the current term and click “Generate Request”. This will take a few moments to generate.
- Select “Detail Requirements” and click “Submit”
- Your degree evaluation for your second major will appear on the screen
