WPI faculty approved a special policy to allow students to choose a Pass/NR or no credit grading option instead of traditional letter grading for D-Term 2020 and Spring 2020 semester courses and undergraduate projects. Please visit the following page to find out more about this option and how to select it. OPTION TO SELECT PASS/NR OR NO CREDIT GRADING FOR D-TERM/SPRING 2020
In accordance with CDC and State guidelines, WPI is encouraging social distancing. As a precautionary measure, the Registrar’s Office will be closed to in-person traffic and all business will be conducted online. Please email email@example.com for assistance. Our email is being monitored during regular business hours.
WPI has adjusted the academic calendar for Spring 2020 semester courses and D-term courses (see announcement). D-term add/drop deadlines, next year’s registration sessions, and other dates have been updated accordingly, following all normal policies. Summer Session 1 2020 has also been updated with altered dates. Please check our calendar for these updates. We will accept permissions for course adds and overloads, as well as the submission of CDRs, from professors and advisors via their WPI emails. If you have questions about add/drop or registration, please contact us.
The Registrar's Office is charged with communicating and ensuring adherence to academic policy, preserving academic integrity and protecting the security of academic records. We aspire to maintain the highest levels of ethical behavior, professionalism and service and work collaboratively with students to meet their needs. The Registrar’s Office is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service to current students, alumni and future students in an effort to help them achieve their academic goals at WPI.
The WPI Parent Portal allows a parent or legal guardian to view certain BannerWeb pages, such as grades and course schedules. All Parent Portal accounts must be initiated by the student. Only the student can assign someone to act as a "proxy" for them in BannerWeb. The following pages are available to be shared through the Parent Portal: addresses on file, course schedules, grades, holds, unofficial transcripts, and student accounts. Access and user instructions are available for parents (PDF) and students (PDF).
The Registrar’s Office is located on the first floor of Daniels Hall.
