Ermal is a Computer Science Ph.D. student advised by Prof. Elke Rundensteiner. He holds a M.S. in CS (2008) from WPI and a B.S. in CS with a minor in Math from Worcester State University. Ermal worked as a Network Administrator for Worcester Public Schools from 2005-2009 and as a Software Engineer for WPI from 2009 to 2015. He was awarded the 1st place in the WPI GRIE contest in 2010 and 2016.
