Dr. Wilson joined Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2016 as an Adjunct Professor. She retired from Raytheon after 33 years where she worked as a systems engineer on sonar, satellite, and radar programs.  She is an International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP), co-chair for the INCOSE Systems Security Engineering working group, member of the INCOSE Systems of Systems, Agile, and Requirements working groups, and engaged in the INCOSE certification program.
