As a Community Director, the goal at the forefront of my work is to foster equitable student success and thriving community. I am passionate about creating spaces that allow for all voices to be heard, stories to be told, and lessons to be learned. I graduated in 2023 from SUNY Old Westbury with my Bachelors in English with the original goal to be a high school English teacher, but my experience as a Resident Assistant reshaped my career goals and decided to do my graduate studies with the major in Higher Education. My expected completion of the program is Fall 2026, and while I am still studying, I am applying all I have learned back into the work I do, supporting students and creating vibrant communities.
Outside of work, I am an actor, writer, musician, painter and so much more! I am a creative person at heart and will always try to incorporate it into my day to day. You can find me around campus reading a book, buying more stationary than I need, grabbing a sweet treat, or spending time taking mindful walks on the beautiful campus.
