Elissa leads WPI's Office of Institutional Research, Analytics, and Assessment (IRAA), supporting the university's data, assessment, reporting, and academic systems needs. Through partnerships across campus, she and her team help provide information and analysis that support planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Elissa joined WPI in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in higher education analytics, institutional research, and consulting. Most recently, she served as Assistant Provost of Strategic Analytics, Assessment & Institutional Research at Clark University, and held positions in institutional research and analytics from Wellesley College, Harvard University, and Eduventures.
