Design Your Wellness
Make your wellbeing the easy choice in this behavior change workshop to design your own wellness plan.
In this workshop, you will learn steps and strategies to build your wellness plan based on theory and practice using the wellbeing wheel, facilitated guided questions, and creating a vision board for your wellness. Then, to aid in maintaining your plan, book a 30-minute drop-in consultation once a week or as needed with the Center for Well-Being Director, Paula Fitzpatrick, Ph. D. This will count for the Mental Health and Well-Being theme of the First-Year Checklist for first year students who are participating in the Insight Program.
