WPI alumnae and women associated with WPI know the value of the hands-on, project-based education delivered at WPI. You’ve seen first-hand how a WPI education can make a difference in the lives of individuals and communities, how it has impacted the lives of your friends, family members and co-workers, or how it has impacted you, specifically. With the Women’s Impact Network (WIN), our goal is to build a network of women who lead and learn together, demonstrate leadership through support of critical activities at WPI and create a positive impact for the WPI community.

The Women’s Impact Network is a diverse group of visionary women who share a passion for education, leadership, and philanthropy. Through WIN, members will be provided the occasion to become more familiar with unique opportunities and challenges at WPI, and to assume an important role to help advance WPI’s future.

The WPI Women’s Impact Network empowers women to come together as a collective, significant force to support WPI’s impact around the globe. A gift to WPI is an investment in the future, and the Women’s Impact Network provides unique ways for women to share imagination, inspire innovation, and lead with purpose.

Annual gifts of any size grant membership to the Women’s Impact Network and make a

difference at WPI.

By donating to a “pooled fund” women multiply their philanthropic power. Each Network member can share how she’d like her gift to make an impact at WPI. Then, the leadership team will vote on the priorities from the group, to best direct each year’s funds.

The Women’s Impact Network also provides leadership philanthropy opportunities:

With an annual gift of $1,000 or more:

  • You’ll be invited to the annual Women’s Impact Network Event with President Leshin. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know other leading WPI alumnae and women friends of WPI.
  • You will vote on a slate of projects to be funded by the Women’s Impact Network.

With an annual gift of $2,500 or more:

  • In addition to the activities listed above, you’ll be invited to the Women’s Impact Network Women’s Weekend Retreat and/or other private event(s) throughout the year, also with President Leshin. You’ll make personal connections with the other outstanding women at these events.

With an annual gift of $10,000 or more:

  • In addition to the activities listed above, you’ll be invited to participate in Women’s Impact Network strategy summit(s) with the President and help guide the future evolution of WIN and its impact on women in our community and around the globe.

No matter your giving level, being part of the Women’s Impact Network provides all women affiliated with WPI the opportunities to grow as leaders, to give back in a meaningful way, and to make a positive difference at WPI and around the world. You’ll also be forging a path for future alumnae and women leaders at WPI through your support of funded programs.

Join today, and continue leading with purpose!

This project helped me prioritize & advance my scholarly work. It also brought me together with a community of women on campus that I may not have met otherwise. We’ve had faculty, staff, postdocs and grad students from across departments & disciplines.

With support from WIN, the Office of Pre-collegiate Outreach has been able to make a positive impact on 39 girls from underserved backgrounds in Worcester. Without WIN support, the Women’s Research & Mentoring program would not have been possible.
