2019 Campus Staff Notification of 25Live Requests Through 6.30.2020

To the WPI Employee Community:  As of today, the Events Office will now accept requests through 25Live to reserve event spaces between the dates of July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020. 

The Events Office, through our dynamic university partnerships, is committed to the advancement and benefit of our campus’ social, technical, and cultural intentions.  We thank you all for your cooperation and patience while we completed our annual core reservation process, and we wish you great success in the 2019-20 year!

Please Note:

Academic spaces:

• are currently available for requests occurring through 8.17.19
• requested for the Academic year 2020 (through the end of B term) will be available starting in June 2019 (the academic scheduler will make the final determination)
• requested for the Academic year 2020 (through the end of D term) will be available starting in November 2019 (the academic scheduler will make the final determination)

Athletic spaces:

• are currently available for requests occurring through 6.30.19
• requested for the Academic year 2020 will be available in August 2019 (the athletic scheduler will make the final determination)
• are open for requests on a one-term basis only
