Banner will be unavailable from Saturday May 19 at 7:00am through Sunday May 20 at 5:00pm during necessary upgrades.

Why

ITS is performing Banner database maintenance and an Oracle upgrade.

Impact

  • All Banner services, including Banner Production Forms (INB) and Self-Service, will be unavailable. Additionally, some third party applications may experience delays in data updates from Banner.
  • Reporting against the Banner database will not be possible for the duration of the upgrade.

Action Needed

Please exit all Banner sessions prior to the maintenance.
