Black Heritage Month 2021: A Community Guide from Gordon Library

George C. Gordon Library

Black Heritage Month celebrates the contributions that African American and African Diasporic communities have made to American history, deepening and complicating our Nation's history in magnificent ways.

In collaboration with WPI's Diversity and Inclusion Specialist Christelle Hayles, the Gordon Library is pleased to share a new guide for the WPI community to a wealth of resources to celebrate Black Heritage Month, and to learn, listen, share and reflect together.

In addition to a selection of books, journals, podcasts, and videos, the guide features information about virtual events this month hosted by WPI's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Team and by the Office of Multicultural Affairs.
