Michelle Gass ’90 (Chemical Engineering), the CEO of Kohl’s, was featured in a Q&A and video in The Wall Street Journal on the heels of a recent Future of Leadership event hosted by the Journal. In the Q&A, Gass discussed how she and her team have aimed to support Kohl’s employees during the coronavirus pandemic.
